The idea for this picture goes way back, and yet this is the most I think I've ever done with it, save for a ball point pen sketch which I happened on too not so long ago. It doesn't have a title, as I haven't done a proper version of it yet, but I put it up here as an indication of one of those many works in progress I have yet to fully realize. Enjoy. SVII

ReplyDeleteThe sky looks darkly melancholic and enigmatically surreal around the stone, while the valley below is verdantly sharp and alive. I like your use of contrast.
I don't think Karo syrup exists there. Yup, just got confirmation, no sugar syrup on Scape. You heard it here first folks. Thanks Bob.
